The International Ski Federation (FIS) made the final decision and included Bjelašnica in the calendar of major skiing competitions of the European Cup in 2023 in the SuperG discipline for women.
This is the calendar of the International Ski Federation (FIS). The Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo in 1984 were the starting point and the basis for the construction of sports infrastructure in Bjelašnica.
After the Olympics, the organization of the European Cup competition in Bjelašnica continued until 1989. year. From then until today, despite a series of attempts, Bjelašnica was unfortunately not on the calendar of the International Ski Federation (FIS).
