Value added tax is included in the stated prices. The price of the coupon in the amount of 5 KM is not included, and if the user does not have a coupon, s/he is obliged to purchase it. Promotional sale of ski tickets lasts from 30.10.2022 until 30.11.2022. Ski tickets are non-transferable and KJP ZOI84 OCS reserves the right to permanently block the ticket through the SKI Data system in case of unauthorized use. Unauthorized resale of tickets by third parties shall result in ticket blocking through the SKI Data system. Seasonal tickets are valid until April 15, 2023 after which KJP "ZOI'84" OCS reserves the right to introduce a new price list valid until the end of the ski season. Tickets are issued exclusively upon presentation of a valid document proving the date of birth. The "Seasonal M-F" ski pass is valid on weekdays during the season, that is, from Monday to Friday only. The "Seasonal" ski pass includes weekend days. The "Seasonal plus" ski pass additionally includes the possibility of using it for night skiing. Reissuance of a season ski pass in case of loss or damage is 20 KM.

Ski tickets purchased at the Bjelašnica ski center are valid for both the Bjelašnica ski center and the Igman ski center. Ski tickets purchased for Igman are not valid for Bjelašnica. Ski tickets are not transferable and KJP ZOI84 reserves the right to permanently block the ticket through the SKI Data system in case of unauthorized use. Unauthorized resale of tickets by third parties: any resale of tickets will result in the blocking of the ticket through the SKI Data system. Season tickets last until 15.4.2022. after which KJP "ZOI'84" OCS reserves the right to introduce a new price list until the end of the ski season. until the end of the ski season Tickets are issued exclusively upon presentation of a valid document proving the date of birth. For children aged 0-6, parents are required to pay a deposit for a ski coupon and a 2KM skier registration fee. Children do not pay for a ticket if skiing with the person who purchased at least one ticket for adult or senior citizens, or seasonal ticket. The only transferable ski pass is a 10-day corporate ticket.

2User categories

User category 0-6: children born after 01.01.2016. or younger. Years 2016. 2017. 2018. 2019. 2020. and 2021.

User category 6-12: children born after 01.01.2010. or younger. Years: 2010. 2011. 2012. 2013. 2014. 2015.

User category 13-18: children born after 01.01.2004. or younger. Years: 2004. 2005. 2006. 2007. 2008. 2009.

Adult user category: born before 01.01.2004. until 01.01.1957.

User category seniors: born on January 1, 1957 or older.

3Abuse and consequences
Any misuse of the ticket will result in the ticket being confiscated. All users are required to show an identification document at the request of the KJP ZOI 84 official or a third party authorized to control tickets.
4Seasonal tickets

Ticket validity period: from the beginning of the season until 10.04. In case of extension of the season, a new price list will be applied.

When making a purchase, all users are required to show an identification document with a photo.

The Monday-Friday seasonal ticket is valid for working days of the week.

The Seasonal ticket with night skiing included is valid for all days of the week and dates determined for night skiing.

Seasonal tickets are personalized with users photos included and are non-transferable.

Any misuse of seasonal tickets will be sanctioned by confiscation of the ticket, with no possibility of refund.

Seasonal tickets are non-refundable.

In case of 'green winter’ (lack of precipitation and impossibility of artificial snow-making) refund is not possible.

  • If the ski center has provided more than 25 days of skiing during the season, the tickets will be considered used.
  • If the ski center has provided less than 25 days of skiing in the season, discounts will be provided for the following season.
5Multi-day tickets

When purchasing children's tickets, all users are required to submit an identification document or birth certificate.

In case of bad weather conditions, i.e. the ski resort being closed for the period of validity of the ticket, it is possible to get a replacement ticket.

Refunds are not possible due to private reasons.

6Half-day tickets
Half-day tickets from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. are valid in Bjelašnica and Igman.
7Discounts

Student discount is 10% on one-day tickets upon presentation of the evidence.
